What are the normal delivery stages?

Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days after authorization, then move through estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Can a non-defective bag be returned?

A qualifying new, unused non-defective item can be requested for return. Eligible defective goods and exchanges can also be requested within 30 days after delivery.

How do approved returns travel back?

Wait for approval and the return address, then use the free prepaid label included in the package. No restocking fee applies.

When is an approved refund initiated?

We process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days; your financial institution determines when it posts.
