Preparing a shipment

After payment authorization, order review, picking, and packing normally take 1–2 business days. Holidays, address questions, or unusual volume can change that estimate.

Carrier journey

After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Carrier service is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Cart-specific delivery details

The destinations, methods, and charges available for a particular order are displayed in checkout. When tracking is provided by the carrier, it is sent using the order contact details.

Delivery concerns

Check the delivery address carefully. For a late, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-unavailable parcel, send the order number and tracking reference to agedunuga232@gmail.com so we can review the case.
